Serge Birault

Serge Birault aka Papa Ninja is an artistic director living in Montreal and currently working for Meduzarts. He has also worked for Warner Brothers, Sony, Ubisoft, Eidos, Netflix…etc.

Serge Birault is an illustrator, a character designer and sometimes even an art director. He is a jack-of-all-trades and has brought his mark to many fields such as video games, animation, web design, illustration, advertising or even teaching and does not regret his long (and useless) studies in right because “it was fun!” Cephalopods, women with gigantic weapons and listening to music that is way too loud are among his various and strange obsessions. Would there be a hidden meaning there, you will tell me?… but probably not.

Serge is French but he currently resides in Montreal, Canada with his wife Cholé, his two children and Lemmy, his dog.

His previous artbook, titled Corpus Delicti and published in 2012 was an international success.

Martin Claus, 1880-1956 (at least that's what we think, but it might be not totally correct), german illustrator. We don't know much about his life, we can try to stitch together a timeline of his career from the dates of some of his works

The earliest example of his illustration is from a 1919 edition of the satirical magazine Meggendorfer Bl ätter, he would have been 31 years old, so it's sure that there are earlier works, but there's no evidence of them. Probably he was employed by the magazine as a staff artist. He had a different range of styles and techniques used all with technical and creative success .

WLOP

WLOP (real name Wang Ling) is a hobbyist digital artist from China, actually based in Hong Kong; very well-known for her painting process videos, where he reflects detailed stories within the fantasy genre. He is very active in the main social media where he can showcase his art, like YouTube, Devianart, or ArtStation, as well as being active in Patreon. In YouTube, he uses the speedpaint process to show its painting process from beginning to end, with Photoshop as its main content platform. WLOP's art is beautiful and amazing, extraordinarily sensitive and nostalgic. It represents normally female characters in active or emotional scenes, sharing its whole photoshop painting process from beginning to end so its community can learn from him.
